Above all, he has a great interest in serving society in the areas of skilling, safety, and disaster management. His services have been duly recognized by various departments over time.
He has experience supervising material handling equipment, construction equipment, and power backup equipment at the Dulhasti Hydroelectric Project (J&K) and the Ranjeet Sagar Dam (Pb).
He has received various awards and certificates in areas including COVID-19 response, G-20 initiatives, security, investigations, and technical skills, both nationally and internationally.
Hempal Asrawat, Director
Hempal Asrawat, the Director at MSIPL, is a Graduate. With a robust background in the skill assessment industry, he has made significant contributions to several organizations.
He has worked in multiple Assessments related organizations and has gained the knowledge of Assessments from the grass root level. He has managed many skill development projects. He has coordinated skill development initiatives under the President of India's village development project where 5 villages were adopted by the President of India, supervising activities such as road repairs, solar panel installations, and power infrastructure upgrades.
Currently, at Innocox Consulting And Research Pvt Ltd, he supervises daily operations, manages business development, and oversees the deployment of over 500 assessors across 28 states. His leadership and expertise in aligning assessments with industry standards are crucial to MSIPL's mission of enhancing workforce competency and bridging the gap between education and employment.
