Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct skill assessments according to NCVET guidelines.
  • Evaluate candidates’ skills and competencies against industry benchmarks.
  • Compile detailed assessment reports and provide constructive feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of assessments.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant educational background and professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and NCVET, NCRF, QP guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Effective communication skills for providing feedback and reporting.
  • Proficiency in using assessment tools and technology.
  • Relevant work experience of minimum 2 to 5 years.
